The "000" grade marble base and the integral rigid tower crane balancing and moving frame have guide rail surface flatness and straightness of ≤0.005mm. The "light on top, heavy on bottom" design of the integral rigid moving frame effectively overcomes the inertial impact on the measuring lens during linkage, ensuring the stability of the entire mechanism remains unaffected during linkage. Addressing the industry-wide challenge of linkage precision in the moving beam guide rails, we employ a combination of horizontal and vertical guide rail installation, maximizing the span between the two sets of guide rails within a limited space. This structure also fully utilizes the precision effect of the "000" grade marble base and the P-grade high-precision guide rails themselves, achieving a linkage linearity accuracy of ≤0.003mm after assembly. HIWIN P The combination of high-precision linear guides and TBI-ground C3-grade ball screws fully guarantees the machine's linkage accuracy and stability; the grating ruler and transmission mechanism are placed horizontally between the two tracks, effectively eliminating the influence of Abbe error.
