Sponge Repeated Compression Fatigue Testing Machine is a professional device used to test the compression fatigue resistance, durability and deformation recovery performance of sponge, foam, cushion, mattress and other flexible porous materials. It adopts a high-stability motor drive system to apply continuous, repeated and uniform pressure on the test sample according to the set frequency, compression distance and number of cycles. The equipment can simulate long-term actual use conditions to accelerate material fatigue aging, and automatically record compression times, pressure changes and thickness loss during the test. It is equipped with a safety protection device, which can automatically stop when reaching the preset times or encountering abnormal conditions. The test results provide key data for evaluating material quality, service life and comfort performance.
